Let’s travel back to November of last year when I received a call from my dear friend and amazing bridal stylist, the always amazing Renee Strauss. Renee called to say she had a couple I just HAD to meet and that I need to come into her salon as soon as possible, so of course I didn’t hesitate! Renee explained she was doing the bridal styling and coordinating for this super fun, young, energetic couple and that she thought I would be a perfect match as their wedding photographer. Within 5 minutes of meeting Ace & Diana I knew I had to shoot their wedding, they are seriously one of the most genuine, real, and incredibly grateful couples I had ever met, and I can’t tell you how honored I was to be included in their big day. Fast forward about 7 months to their wedding day last weekend, and here we are! Ace & Diana’s wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother, looked more gorgeous, or been more fun. A&D’s ceremony was one of the most touching I’ve ever witnessed, with literally every guest in attendance shedding a tear or two (I mean, Ace & Diana are song writers so you can only imagine how incredible their vows were). Following their touching ceremony was one of the funnest receptions I’ve ever seen, these two and their friends & family definitely know how to party :)
I have to give a few much-deserved shout-outs and thanks to the amazing team of vendors that put together this affair. First and foremost, thank you thank you THANK YOU to Renee Strauss for putting her trust in me and my team to photograph Ace & Diana’s wedding, not to mention her countless hours of work getting everything designed and organized, love you Renee! I was also fortunate to work alongside some of my other vendor partners on this wedding, including Kimberly Bailey from The Butter End Cakery who created an absolutely gorgeous wedding cake, the boys over at VOX DJ’s who kept the dance floor packed until lights up, and Marc & his crew from Pacific Event Lighting for making the ballroom at the Luxe Hotel look like nothing I’ve ever seen in there, so gorgeous. Below you’ll find a list of all the participating vendors that made this day what it was, definitely be sure to check them out.
And now, on to some photos!! (And ps- you can see a few of these featured in today’s release of People Magazine, on news stands now!)
